If you want an asbestos packing without harmful effect on work environment, asbestos packing with PTFE oil coverage, which is known as Asbestos PTFE sealing packing, is a good choice. This product is a good replacement of pure asbestos packing. Asbestos oil bottles with PTFE packing is made of asbestos fibers that are saturated with PTFE fluids, which can improve its chemical resistance, flexibility, compact-ability, mechanical and thermal resistance. In order to make this packing more stable and stronger, a layer of silicon oil is covered on this packing. The thermal resistance of this product is due to the Teflon layer as well as silicon oil is up to 300°C. However, the Thermal resistance of asbestos fiber in Teflon valve packing is about 600°C.
