Fiberglass packing mixed by PTFE, which is known as fiberglass sealing packing, is braided from fiberglass fibers and Teflon fluids. Also, fiberglass is one of the most suitable and cost effective materials for asbestos replacement. Thermal resistance of this product is about 670°C but can't withstand high pressure also, its pressure resistance is about 20-100bar, so it is suggested for centrifuges with maximum speed of 10m/s. another material which is exist in the structure of this fiberglass packing is PTFE (Teflon) that lubricate it, the Teflon temperature is 300°C, those who need higher thermal resistance are not worried, this is the temperature of the brain of packing, as it's said the thermal resistance of this product is 670°C.
